Ale Vassallo is the Global Classroom and Systems Integration Leader at Teach For All and an alumnus of Enseña Perú. In her role, she specializes in researching transformational teachers and selecting insights to improve frameworks at Teach For All. She is dedicated to developing innovative resources and learning experiences for teachers, program designers, and mentors.

Smitha Ganesh
Smitha Ganesh is a Participant Training and Support Lead at Teach For All. An Educator with over a decade of experience teaching, teacher development, coaching, and leadership development in adults.
She has performed a variety of roles at Teach For India, where she led the program vertical in Chennai (India) for seven years.
At Teach For All, she works with network partners on program design, cultivating leadership, and coaching to build a movement of collective leaders who envision a world where all children have the education they need for a better future.
