This two-month course is designed for educators and student-facing professionals who are committed to helping young people explore their aspirations, build essential skills, and prepare to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Grounded in the Career Readiness Education Framework, the course focuses on building student leadership, connecting learning to real-world opportunities, and designing experiences that foster purpose, skills, and confidence.
Participants will explore the framework’s core principles through an immersive learning journey—drawing insights from peers, students, corporate leaders, and experts. They will design and implement a career education activity with their students, applying practical tools to assess impact and ensure relevance to their local context.
Participants will also have opportunities to showcase their work, exchange ideas, and contribute to a growing movement to embed career education in K–12 systems. Selected projects and resources will be featured in the "Future of Work" section of the Learning and Insights Hub, highlighting innovative practices from around the globe.
