Our work is designed to make progress towards a shared learning agenda guided by this question and its implications across different levels of education systems.
Learning Experiences
The Global Institute provides in-person and virtual experiences:
Courses and workshops: Engagements that draw learners into foundational insights, seed new ideas and and activate future champions
Deep learning and leadership development: Collaborative inquiries that deepen leadership, strengthen relationships, and co-create new evidence and insights
Locally led innovation, adaptation and evaluation: Local communities innovate and adapt global insights, leveraging participatory research to generate new insights and evidence.
Virtual resources & communities to share insights at scale, offering accessible, personalized tools and resources for practitioners

Strategic Partnerships: With partners including the Brookings Institution, Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), and STiR Education, we're co-developing learning experiences, leveraging the insights and knowledge of our partners to inform a shared learning agenda, and collaborating on research to support holistic student development.
Convenings: We organize events designed to advance the discussion around reshaping education, including the annual Better Future Forum; and bring our key learning questions to other convenings such as Education House, WISE and UKFIET.
Collective Action: Collectives such as the Holistic Student Outcomes Working Group, with members including Harvard Easel Lab and RAND, create spaces for collaboration in pursuit of shared learning.
Thought Leadership: Through our blog and speaker series, op-eds, and public campaigns we’re amplifying perspectives on what is needed to develop students who can shape a better future.
